As a GQ Box subscriber you also get exclusive access to our one-stop shop—the Member Store where you can find must-have products from the brands you love, hand-curated by GQ editors. You’ll get deep discounts you won’t see anywhere else (we’re talking up to 75% off retail prices!). Trust us, there’s some pretty rad deals.

You’re always in the driver’s seat. You can modify your subscription any time. To make changes, do one of the following:

Can I skip a box?

Most definitely. If you need to skip a box, there’s two ways to do it:

1) Sign in and make the change in your account.

2) Reach out to our team and we'll help you out.

Can I have two or more GQ Box subscriptions?

We love that you’re stoked about the GQ Box! Unfortunately, we can’t offer more than one subscription to each member. But if you’ve found products in your box that you can’t get enough of, check out the Member Store for exclusive deals!

Do you offer boxes or products other than the GQ Box?

Your GQ Box is only the beginning of your membership. In addition to your box, you have exclusive access to limited-edition boxes, plus must-have products at super-deep discounts—visit the Member Store to get the goods!

How do I reactivate my subscription?

Super simple. To reactivate your subscription, do one of the following:

 How do I change my shipping address?

Piece of cake. To update your shipping address, do one of the following:

1) Sign in to your account
2) Hit up our Customer Care team

Please note, we can no longer ship to military AA, AE or AP addresses due to postal regulations.

Can I temporarily change my shipping address?

Yes, by signing into your account.

Once logged in, click “Mailing Address” located under the “Account Information” tab and enter your new address information. After completing your new address details, set the duration of your temporary move. Once done, click the “Save Changes” button.

Note: To ensure your changes are processed in time, be sure to update your information before the end of the month prior. For example, you must update your address on or before November 14 to ensure your Winter box is shipped to the updated address.

How do I change my billing information?

Super simple. You can change your billing info by taking one of these steps:

Can I update the email address associated with my membership?

You bet. Either sign in to manage your account, or get in touch with our team to update that email address.

How much does the GQ Box cost?

Quarterly: $59
Annual: $216

When will I be billed for my first box?

As a new subscriber, you’ll be billed for your subscription on the day you sign up. We bill for and ship all quarterly boxes after your first box on the 15th of February, May, August and November).

When will my subscription renew?

Quarterly subscribers are billed on the 15th of the month we ship for each quarter February 15, May 15, August 15, November 15).

If you sign up as a new member at the end of a quarter, you may be charged for your second box before your first box arrives. So you might receive two boxes back-to-back, and you’ll be charged back-to-back as well.

Annual subscribers get a notification about 30 days prior to billing for your next annual term. We bill all renewals when the quarterly box orders process, regardless of the actual date you subscribed (on February 15, May 15, August 15,November 15).

What payment method can I use to buy a GQ Box Membership?

Existing members can use: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, America Express, PayPal, and Apple Pay.


New members can use: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, Shop Pay, and Apple Pay.

I got charged for a box last month and then got charged again this month, but I still haven't received my boxes. Is this a mistake?

Probably not. As a new subscriber, you get billed for your first box on the day you sign up. All future boxes will be billed on or around the 15th day of each new quarter. (in February, May, August and November). Because of this timing, if you sign up as a new member at the end of the quarter, it’s possible that you’ll be charged for your second box before you receive your first box.

What happens to my GQ Box membership if you can't successfully bill me for my next renewal term?

If we’re not able to bill you after multiple attempts, your account will be canceled. But don’t sweat! You can always reactivate your account online or by reaching out to Customer Care, or by signing in to your account: www.gqbox.com/account/login.

Shipping & Tracking

How much does shipping cost?

You’re already covered! Your monthly GQ Box membership includes shipping costs. So if you’re getting your box delivered in the contiguous U.S., there’s no extra charge. If you’re getting your box delivered to Alaska, Hawaii, or any U.S. territories, it’s just an additional $10 for shipping and handling.

GQ Box Member Store orders $50 or more ship in the contiguous U.S. absolutely free. Orders less than $50 are charged $6.95. Orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and other U.S. territories are charged $9.95.

Do you ship GQ Boxes to U.S. Territories, APO/FPO, and international addresses?

We definitely ship to all U.S territories. If you’re placing an order outside of the contiguous U.S., there’s just an additional $10 fee for shipping and handling per shipment. But unfortunately, we don’t ship internationally outside of those locations or to military AA, AE or AP addresses. If you’re placing an order outside of the contiguous U.S., there’s just an additional $10 fee for shipping and handling.

How can I track my package?

As soon as we get your order on its way, you’ll get an email from us at hello@gqbox.com with your tracking info. You can also sign in to your GQ Box account and track your order: www.gqbox.com/account/login.

When does the GQ Box ship?

We know you want your box, pronto! We ship your order within 72 hours from when we process it. We work hard to get your order out as quickly as possible, so sometimes we’re able to get it into your hands even sooner.

I never received my box...now what?

Shoot! Let’s get that fixed. First, check your tracking details to locate your order. If the tracking status says that the package was delivered, but you haven’t received it, please contact us. If your tracking status says that the package hasn’t moved for five days since the last status update, please reach out to us and we’ll get it sorted out.

When is the last day to place an order to get it before the holiday season?

In the contiguous United States*:

Member Gifts

I’m a new member. Do I get a gift?

Every now and then we include a free gift for new members. Whenever a free gift is included, it’s clearly outlined on the website.

I was offered a gift when I signed up. When will I get it?

Your free gift is usually included in your first box, right alongside the rest of your items. Sometimes, depending on when you ordered your box (and the size of the free gift), it might ship separately. Check your welcome email, which has details about whether your free gift is coming with the first GQ Box. If your gift is shipping separately, you can expect it in 4-6 weeks. If you haven’t received your gift within that timeframe, just reach out and let us know!

Products

Will I get the same products more than once in my box?

The genius of the GQ Box is that it's a curated membership. That means you get unique products in every single box. We track your box history, with all the products you've received, so that every box is full of new good stuff. If you do somehow get a repeat product, please reach out to us and we'll fix it in a snap.

Can I choose the products in my box?

We let the GQ editors work their magic and curate every box. We take this unique approach because our experts have access to the top gear, from grooming to apparel to accesories to lifestyle products, and we want to bring you only the very best.

I am allergic to one of the products in my box. What do I do?

We definitely recommend that you test out new products before using them. Before you apply any new product to your skin, locate a small and inconspicuous area to test (like behind your ear or near your hairline). If you notice an allergic reaction, stop using the product immediately and contact a medical professional. If you already applied the product generously and didn't test, please stop using the product right away and get in touch with a medical professional.

I loved one of the products from a previous box. Can I buy it through my membership?

Lots of the stellar products you get in your box are also for sale in the Member Store. Check out the Member Store here: www.gqbox.com/collections

If the product you dig isn't available in the Member Store, you can buy it through the emails you get from us help@gqbox.com. You can also find the product by checking out the pamphlet included in your box and following the links to purchase. Be sure to take advantage of your exclusive GQ discount codes when you get them!

Is there a limit to the number of products I can purchase in the Member Store?

There's no limit to the total number of different items you can purchase in the store, but we do limit the purchase of any single item, bundle or Limited Edition Box to 10 total units per member, 5 per checkout, just because we want to be sure all our members get the opportunity to purchase.

Returns & Replacements

My box  and/or some of its contents arrived damaged. Can I get replacements?

Oh no! We want you to have a seamless experience, every time. So if you ever get products that don’t meet your expectations, please reach out and we'll make it right.

One of the products is missing from my box. Can you send it to me separately?

Every box comes with a pamphlet that lists out what comes in that box. If something is listed in the pamphlet that’s not in your box, please reach out to us and we’ll ship you the product right away! If we’ve run out of that item, we’ll send another item of the same value to you immediately.

Can I return my box for a refund if I don’t like the products?

Unfortunately not. We work to introduce you to the best products each quarter, since our GQ editors are experts. Some products may be a better fit for you than others, but that’s part of the fun—and it’s the service our editors provide: helping you learn about new products. We encourage you to share your goods with your pals, and hopefully next quarter’s box will include products you really dig.

I got the same product twice. Can I get a replacement?

Oops. You shouldn’t have received a product that you already got in a previous box. However, we can’t guarantee you won’t receive a repeat product if you previously canceled and resubscribed. Please get in touch with our Customer Care team and they’ll send you a substitute:

How long does it take for me to get my replacement?

Replacements will ship within 72 hours.

I just canceled my subscription. Will I still receive my replacement item?

Well that’s a bummer. The GQ Box just won’t be the same without you! But for sure, you’ll still get your replacement item. Just be sure to request your replacement item before you cancel.

Member Store

Who can shop in the Member Store?

The Member Store is an exclusive benefit for active GQ Box subscribers. Just skipped a box? Not a problem. You can access the Member Store even if you skipped this quarter’s box.

Can I return my order?

Due to the nature of the products we offer, all sales in the Member Store are final and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. If your item arrives damaged, send us a photo to help@gqbox.com and we’ll do our best to make it right.

What are the shipping terms within the Member Store?

All orders over $50 ship for free. Orders under $50 are subject to a $6.95 shipping fee.

Do you ship GQ Box Member Store Orders to U.S. Territories, APO/FPO, and international addresses?

We ship to all 50 states and all U.S territories. Unfortunately we don't ship internationally or to APO/FPOs. 

How soon can I expect my Member Store order?

We work hard to ship your order within 3 business days from when it’s placed. As soon as we get your order on its way, you'll get an email from us at help@gqbox.com with your tracking info.

Do you offer promotions or discount codes within the member store?

From time to time, we do offer discounts on select items throughout the store. Be sure to subscribe to our emails and sms to hear about our latest member store promotions and offers. Keep a special eye out for our Friends & Family sale in the summer and Black Friday during the holidays!

Can I send items from my Member Store order to someone else?

Yes you can definitely change the shipping address to the recipient of your choosing. Please keep in mind that all items within that checkout will be shipped to the address you provide. Want to shop and ship to yourself? Simply start a new order and enjoy your member-exclusive savings! 

These deals are so good! Is there a limit to the number of products I can purchase in the Member Store?

In order to allow all members the opportunity to shop the amazing deals within the Member Store, we limit the purchase of any single item or bundle to 5, and any Limited Edition or specialty box to 3 total units per purchase. Each member can purchase a total amount of 10 of the same single items or bundles and a 5 of the same Limited Edition or specialty boxes.

 I just cancelled my subscription. Will I still receive my Member Store purchase?

As long as you ordered your member store items before you cancelled you will still receive your Member Store purchase.  If you miss getting access to exclusive deals, reactivate your subscription!

How do I cancel my membership?

We’re super bummed, but no sweat. If you decide to cancel, your membership will stop at the end of your current term. And just remember, the GQ Box membership is non-refundable.

Help! I canceled my subscription before the month ended but I still got billed for the next month. Can I get a refund for that month?

If you’re a quarterly subscriber, to be sure you will not be billed for the next quarter’s box, you must cancel by the last day of the quarter prior. For example, cancel on or before November 14 to avoid being charged for the Winter box.

Bouncing so soon? No hard feelings. You’ll absolutely get any boxes that you’ve already paid for.

What's the deadline for cancelling my subscription?

- Quarterly subscribers: To avoid any unexpected charges, be sure to cancel before the 15th of each quarter.
- Annual subscribers: We’ll email you 30 days before your renewal date with your renewal charge information. Be sure to cancel your membership before the renewal date in that email to avoid any unexpected charges.

*Please note: Once your membership renews, you won’t be able to cancel your current term.
