As a new subscriber, you’ll be billed for your subscription on the day you sign up. We bill for and ship all quarterly boxes after your first box on the 15th of February, May, August and November).

Quarterly subscribers are billed on the 15th of the month we ship for each quarter February 15, May 15, August 15, November 15).

If you sign up as a new member at the end of a quarter, you may be charged for your second box before your first box arrives. So you might receive two boxes back-to-back, and you’ll be charged back-to-back as well.

Annual subscribers get a notification about 30 days prior to billing for your next annual term. We bill all renewals when the quarterly box orders process, regardless of the actual date you subscribed (on February 15, May 15, August 15,November 15).

Existing members can use: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, America Express, PayPal, and Apple Pay.

New members can use: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, Shop Pay, and Apple Pay.

Probably not. As a new subscriber, you get billed for your first box on the day you sign up. All future boxes will be billed on or around the 15th day of each new quarter. (in February, May, August and November). Because of this timing, if you sign up as a new member at the end of the quarter, it’s possible that you’ll be charged for your second box before you receive your first box.

If we’re not able to bill you after multiple attempts, your account will be canceled. But don’t sweat! You can always reactivate your account online or by reaching out to Customer Care, or by signing in to your account: www.gqbox.com/account/login.

You’re already covered! Your monthly GQ Box membership includes shipping costs. So if you’re getting your box delivered in the contiguous U.S., there’s no extra charge. If you’re getting your box delivered to Alaska, Hawaii, or any U.S. territories, it’s just an additional $10 for shipping and handling.

GQ Box Member Store orders $50 or more ship in the contiguous U.S. absolutely free. Orders less than $50 are charged $6.95. Orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and other U.S. territories are charged $9.95.

We definitely ship to all U.S territories. If you’re placing an order outside of the contiguous U.S., there’s just an additional $10 fee for shipping and handling per shipment. But unfortunately, we don’t ship internationally outside of those locations or to military AA, AE or AP addresses. We know you want your box, pronto! We ship your order within 72 hours from when we process it. We work hard to get your order out as quickly as possible, so sometimes we’re able to get it into your hands even sooner.

Shoot! Let’s get that fixed. First, check your tracking details to locate your order. If the tracking status says that the package was delivered, but you haven’t received it, please contact us. If your tracking status says that the package hasn’t moved for five days since the last status update, please reach out to us and we’ll get it sorted out.

Every now and then we include a free gift for new members. Whenever a free gift is included, it’s clearly outlined on the website.

Your free gift is usually included in your first box, right alongside the rest of your items. Sometimes, depending on when you ordered your box (and the size of the free gift), it might ship separately. Check your welcome email, which has details about whether your free gift is coming with the first GQ Box. If your gift is shipping separately, you can expect it in 4-6 weeks. If you haven’t received your gift within that timeframe, just reach out and let us know!

The genius of the GQ Box is that it's a curated membership. That means you get unique products in every single box. We track your box history, with all the products you've received, so that every box is full of new good stuff. If you do somehow get a repeat product, please reach out to us and we'll fix it in a snap.

We let the GQ editors work their magic and curate every box. We take this unique approach because our experts have access to the top gear, from grooming to apparel to accesories to lifestyle products, and we want to bring you only the very best.

We definitely recommend that you test out new products before using them. Before you apply any new product to your skin, locate a small and inconspicuous area to test (like behind your ear or near your hairline). If you notice an allergic reaction, stop using the product immediately and contact a medical professional. If you already applied the product generously and didn't test, please stop using the product right away and get in touch with a medical professional.

If the product you dig isn't available in the Member Store, you can buy it through the emails you get from us help@gqbox.com. You can also find the product by checking out the pamphlet included in your box and following the links to purchase. Be sure to take advantage of your exclusive GQ discount codes when you get them!

We want to ensure that all of our members have the opportunity to shop the incredible deals within our Member Store. While there's no limit to the total number of different items you can purchase in the store, we do limit the purchase of our Limited Edition or speciality boxes to 3 per member.

Oh no! We want you to have a seamless experience, every time. So if you ever get products that don’t meet your expectations, please reach out and we'll make it right.

Every box comes with a pamphlet that lists out what comes in that box. If something is listed in the pamphlet that’s not in your box, please reach out to us and we’ll ship you the product right away! If we’ve run out of that item, we’ll send another item of the same value to you immediately.

Unfortunately not. We work to introduce you to the best products each quarter, since our GQ editors are experts. Some products may be a better fit for you than others, but that’s part of the fun—and it’s the service our editors provide: helping you learn about new products. We encourage you to share your goods with your pals, and hopefully next quarter’s box will include products you really dig.

The Member Store is an exclusive benefit for active GQ Box subscribers. Just skipped a box? Not a problem. You can access the Member Store even if you skipped this quarter’s box.

Due to the nature of the products we offer, all sales in the Member Store are final and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. If your item arrives damaged, send us a photo to help@gqbox.com and we’ll do our best to make it right.

All orders over $50 ship for free. Orders under $50 are subject to a $6.95 shipping fee.

Yes you can definitely change the shipping address to the recipient of your choosing. Please keep in mind that all items within that checkout will be shipped to the address you provide. Want to shop and ship to yourself? Simply start a new order and enjoy your member-exclusive savings! 

In order to allow all members the opportunity to shop the amazing deals within the Member Store, we limit the purchase of any single item or bundle to 5, and any Limited Edition or specialty box to 3 total units per purchase. Each member can purchase a total amount of 10 of the same single items or bundles and a 5 of the same Limited Edition or specialty boxes.

As long as you ordered your member store items before you cancelled you will still receive your Member Store purchase.  If you miss getting access to exclusive deals, reactivate your subscription! 

We’re super bummed, but no sweat. If you decide to cancel, your membership will stop at the end of your current term. And just remember, the GQ Box membership is non-refundable.

- Quarterly subscribers: To avoid any unexpected charges, be sure to cancel before the 15th of each quarter.

The are two ways to gift a GQ Box Membership.

• The first way is by purchasing a Digital Gift Card. These are available for anyone to purchase! We offer Gift Cards in set increments of $50, $100, $150, $200 USD. Recipients can use the Digital Gift Card to purchase a subscription plan of their choice.
• The second way is to purchase a Gift Subscription. We offer it in increments of 6 month (2 boxes) or 1 year (4 months). Please note these do not automatically renew, are not eligible for choice products if applicable, and not able to shop the member store.

A Gift Subscription is a purchase for the box to be shipped to the recipient. It can be purchased in increments of 6 months (2 boxes) or 1 year (4 boxes). Prices are below:

• 6 months (2 boxes): $120 (plus applicable tax)
• 1 year (4 boxes): $220 (plus applicable tax)

Please note the below:

• Gift subscriptions do not automatically renew.
• Gift Subscriptions are not eligble for choice products if applicable.

GQ Box Gift Cards do not expire and there are no fees associated with use of a Gift Card. Gift Cards may only be used to purchase products and services on gqbox.com. After purchase of a Gift Card, an electronic Gift Card code will be emailed to the designated recipient for use toward purchases on gqbox.com. Gift Card recipients must be or become a GQ Box member and agree to and comply with these Gift Card Terms. Gift Cards can only be used as initial payments, they may not be used for recurring subscription payments.

Any remaining balance will automatically apply to future purchases in the store. Gift Cards can only be used as initial payments, they may not be used for recurring subscription payments. 

Because GQ Box is a subscription-based service and subject to our Box Subscription Terms, you will need to enter your credit card details to finish signing up even if the Gift Card amount will cover the initial purchase amount. 

Gift Cards are only available in USD and memberships can only be fulfilled to US addresses. Gift Cards may only be redeemed toward the purchase of eligible goods on gqbox.com. Eligible purchases and pricing of such goods are subject to change in our sole discretion. Any remaining account credit associated with a gqbox.com account following redemption of a Gift Card cannot be transferred to other accounts. Memberships purchased with Gift Cards will be automatically renewed after the applicable term expires unless otherwise cancelled. 

Gift Cards are single-use. If used at checkout, the Gift Card amount will be applied to the total purchase amount at checkout and any remaining balance can be used to purchase additional products on gqbox.com. Gift Card balances cannot be used for recurring payments on subscriptions. If the Gift Card holder's purchase exceeds the amount of the Gift Card's balance or available credit, the Gift Card holder must pay the difference.

Gift Cards are not returnable for a cash refund, redeemable for cash, or redeemable for more than face value. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or hold Gift Cards without notice. In such instances, other than for suspected fraud, we will elect to produce a refund or a replacement Gift Card. We reserve the right to correct the balance of Gift Cards issued in an incorrect denomination if we believe that a clerical or accounting error has occurred.
